1. Who we are

The MIFONA website is operated by SELANI GROUP S.R.L., a Romanian company registered since 12 ianuarie 2026, with the details above. MIFONA is the brand under which we sell fashion: clothing (including activewear), shoes, bags and accessories. SELANI GROUP S.R.L. is the seller and issues the invoice for every order. You can write to us at any time through the contact form on the site; we reply within one working day.

2. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you choose and include VAT. The valid price is the one shown in the cart when you place the order. We record the order in Romanian lei (RON) at the day’s exchange rate; the amount you pay is the amount shown in the cart, in the currency shown. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if an order is affected, we contact you before dispatch and you may keep it at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.

3. Orders

Orders are placed electronically through the cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse an order if the product is no longer available, if the delivery details are incomplete, or if there is a well-founded suspicion of fraud.

4. Payment

Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is made directly on the site, on the secure page of the payment processor Stripe; your card details never reach us. The order is recorded once the payment is confirmed. In Romania and Moldova you may also choose cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. In all other countries payment is by card only, online.

5. Delivery

We ship from our own stock, by courier, free of charge, worldwide, with no minimum order value:

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Romanian GEO 34/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days. Notify us through the contact form with your order number; we email you the return address and instructions. Return the product as received, with its packaging and accessories. Items worn next to the skin (leggings, sports bras) must be returned with tags attached, tried on only over underwear, unwashed and unworn; if a product was used beyond trying it on, we may deduct its loss of value from the refund. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is non-conforming or incorrect; cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

7. Legal guarantee

Products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Romanian GEO 140/2021, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771). Normal wear, misuse, incorrect care and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

8. Products and photographs

Information on material, dimensions and origin comes from each product’s technical sheet. Natural materials vary in shade and texture from piece to piece, and screens render colours differently; this is not a lack of conformity. Sizes are those in the category’s size guide.

9. Complaints

Please write to us through the contact form first — we reply within 5 working days. You may also contact the Romanian consumer authority ANPC (alternative dispute resolution) or the EU ODR platform.

10. Intellectual property

MIFONA is a trade mark of SELANI GROUP S.R.L.. Texts, photographs and graphics on this site may not be reproduced without our written consent.

11. Governing law

Romanian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. In case of any difference between language versions, the Romanian version prevails.
